Mitsubishi Materials Coated carbide grade MV9005 (RCMT) for turning super heat-resistant alloys

By adopting a newly developed Al-Rich coating technology, we have adopted an (Al, Ti)N film that combines high Al content and hardness, and succeeded in significantly improving not only hardness but also oxidation resistance.
This has resulted in extremely excellent wear resistance, even during high-speed machining of super heat-resistant alloys.
