Description
With the groove structure boasting outstanding chip evacuation and the effect of oil holes, small-diameter deep holes can be machined "stable" and "highly efficient".
Even deep holes can be machined in a non-step manner, achieving approximately 9 times the machining efficiency compared to step machining.
It uses Ich Ada coating, which boasts excellent surface smoothness.
ADO-MICRO 2D is recommended for guide hole drills.
Work material: Low, medium and high carbon steel, mild steel, alloy steel, tempered steel (~ 35HRC), stainless steel, cast iron, ductile cast iron, copper alloy, aluminum wrought material, aluminum alloy casting, titanium alloy, inconel, Magnesium alloy
* Please use a good quality water-soluble cutting fluid with a dilution ratio of about 20 times.
* Use a precision filter to prevent clogging of oil holes. (Approximately 3 μm to 5 μm)
* It is recommended that the coolant pressure be 3MPa or more, but adjust it if the discharge is not sufficient due to the cutting oil type and concentration used.
* As shown in the figure on the right, the runout accuracy at the time of installation should be 0.002 μm or less at the body cylinder or shank end.
* If the work material does not easily discharge chips, perform step processing as appropriate.
* When using cutting fluid for magnesium alloy cutting, be sure to use the one recommended by the cutting fluid manufacturer. Also, please be careful about chip disposal. There is a risk of fire.
