Description
Carbide vibration-proof end mill AE-VM series that can handle a wide range of work materials from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel to titanium alloys and Ni-based alloys.
Standing wall compatible AE-VMFE has been added.
Standing walls with L / D = 5D or more can be machined with high efficiency and high accuracy by large step cutting of up to 2D with a 2.5D blade length.
It is a long shank type with a thick blade. (The blade type is a shape in which the outer diameter of the tool is larger than the shank diameter)
Supports deep standing wall machining and pocket machining of mold parts.
It corresponds to various processing depths by changing the protruding length.
R shape of the end face on the shank side: Suppresses the generation of streaks due to side step processing.
Stable and highly efficient machining is achieved by adopting unequal leads, unequal division, and micro relief.
* The R on the end face on the shank side prevents the generation of streaks during step processing, and is not a complete R.
