By setting the number of flutes to two, the tool deflection is reduced with low resistance, enabling high-precision machining.
The corner R has a three-dimensional negative shape that combines sharpness and cutting edge rigidity, and the wiper edge specification enables high-quality machining.
The "DUROREY" coating, optimized for high-hardness steel machining, provides high chipping resistance even in workpieces with hardness exceeding 60HRC, enabling long tool life and high-quality machining.

*Please use machines and holders that are rigid and highly accurate.
*Please use air blow or low-smoke cutting fluid depending on the work material.
*When cutting tempered steel, we recommend using MQL (oil mist coolant).
*Please adjust the rotation speed, feed rate and cutting depth depending on the machining shape, machine rigidity, workpiece holding conditions, etc.
*If chatter, vibration or abnormal cutting noise occurs, adjust the rotation speed, feed rate and cutting depth.
*When cutting into the Z-shape, we recommend using a circular (helical) or inclined (ramp) approach.
*If the diameter is less than Φ0.5 or the L/D (aspect ratio) is 10 or more, even a slight increase in load may cause breakage, so please adjust the cutting conditions according to the cutting situation.
*If the rotation speed is insufficient, reduce the rotation speed and feed rate at the same ratio as in the cutting condition standard table above.
*If machining precision is required, reduce the rotation speed, feed rate, and cutting depth.
