Description
It has been developed to have a more visible discoloration tone, improved outdoor durability, and the ability to detect a variety of oil types.
We handle a wide range of oils, from insulating oils used in oil-filled equipment (transformers, oil circuit breakers, etc.) to hydraulic oils and silicone-based oils.
Simply attach it to the flange mating surface of oil-filled equipment. As oil soaks into the indicator, it changes color from white to red, allowing you to detect oil leaks at a glance.
*When peeling off the backing paper, be careful not to cause the indicator to delaminate.
*Do not bend the discolored part when using the product. Doing so may cause quality problems such as reduced durability.
*Do not use in environments exceeding 100°C. This may cause abnormal discoloration of the discolored parts.
*In low temperature environments below 10°C, the adhesive may harden and become difficult to apply.
*Do not use underwater as this may cause quality problems such as a decrease in oil discoloration.
*Please keep away from open flames as there is a risk of combustion.
*Do not hit or rub the product hard, as this may cause damage or abnormal discoloration of the discolored parts.
*Do not cut or disassemble the product in any places other than those permitted for cutting. This may cause quality problems such as reduced durability or cause chemical substances to scatter.
*Do not reuse the product once it has been removed. This may result in quality problems such as a decrease in durability.
*If oil adheres to the entire surface of the indicator, it may fall off.
*If oil adheres to the entire surface of the indicator, there will be no way for air to escape, which will slow down the absorption of oil and may cause the indicator to take longer to change color.
*If the oil has a high viscosity, it may take a long time for the color to change or it may not change at all.
*If the amount of oil contact is small, the discoloration area may be small or may not occur at all.
*The discoloration tone (shade) will vary depending on the type of oil.
*Emulsion-based oils may not discolor.
