High-speed sampling (2000Hz) follows sudden load changes, achieving high reproducibility for both peak values and continuous data.
Multiple load cells can be attached to one display unit (without adjustment), allowing measurements of different ranges (e.g. 5N and 1000N) and different types of force (e.g. torque and compression).
If you keep spare load cells, you can quickly replace the sensor in the event of an overload, reducing the risk of operation stoppages.
Using the included USB cable and software, you can read data from the internal memory and acquire continuous data. Optional software (sold separately) also allows you to plot load-time/load-displacement graphs in real time.
For NEXT series with firmware version 5 or later, various updates and software can be downloaded from the dedicated website, allowing you to expand the functions of your force gauge to suit your needs.
*If higher accuracy is required, we also offer the "Sensor Separate Type Force Gauge ZT Series" and "Desktop Force Amplifier FA Plus," which are shipped with the display and load cell adjusted to a one-to-one relationship. For details, please refer to the Sensor Separate Type Force Gauge ZT Series specifications.
*Please calibrate before use when using the eZ-Connect series. (The load is not calibrated in the connected state when shipped from the manufacturer.)
*If load calibration is required while connected, please request calibration work and the issuance of a calibration certificate for the combination of the display unit and load cell. (Paid service)
