You can connect a USB Type-C (USB-C) cable to a computer with a Type-A port. (Reverse connections are not supported.) [1][2][3]

Supports charging up to 1.5A (the current supplied depends on the performance of the connected device) [5]
A 56kΩ resistor is included to prevent overcurrent exceeding 1.5A.
The adapter type makes it easy to carry.
The L-shaped connector reduces protrusion.
*This product is a general-purpose product and we cannot guarantee that it will work in all combinations.
*[1] It will not work properly if you connect the Type-C side to a host (PC/smartphone) and the Type-A side to a peripheral device. There is no problem if you connect the Type-C side to a PC/smartphone and the Type-A side to a USB power source.
*[2] Combining a smartphone/tablet with a CC cable that has an eMarker built in and this product will not work. This is because it is not possible to determine which is the host side. Genuine Apple CC cables have an eMarker built in. (We have not tested all Apple products.)
*[3] This product only converts the connector and does not enable Type-C functions to be used with Type-A. Even when used with a USB-C dock, it does not support DP-Alt mode, so DP/HDMI output is not possible.
*To operate at 10Gbps, all components including the host, cable, hub, and device must be USB 3.2 Gen 2 compatible.
*[4] Due to the structure of Type-C, the transfer speed will be 10Gbps or 480Mbps depending on whether the Type-C connector is turned over. If you feel the transfer speed is slow, please turn over the Type-C cable you connect to this product.
