This cable is used to connect a USB 2.0 standard / USB 1.1 standard compliant computer to a USB device (printer, HDD, USB hub, scanner, etc.) or to connect a USB hub to a USB device. (Connect a device with a "series A" connector to a device with a "series B" connector)
