Description
This software converts Omron Corporation SYSMAC C Series programs into GX Developer project files.
To switch to the MELSEC iQ-R Series, change the PLC type in the conversion data using GX Works2.
It can be used by converting it into a project file for GX Works3.

Specification ●Creating CSV Files: Save converted sequence programs and comments to CSV files. You can directly load them into the GX Works2 circuit editing and comment editing screens. ●PC Memory: Set the contents of PC memory read from the SYSMAC C Series CPU to the MELSEC-Q Series device memory. Three relay/device settings are available: DM → D, TIM → T, and CNT → C. ●Error Handling Settings: Specify how to handle errors that occur during automatic conversion when converting sequence instructions or relays. ●Global Variables: Convert SYSMAC C Series global variables to MELSEC-Q Series common device comment device names. [Maximum convertible characters: 8 characters] ●Global Variable I/O Comments: Convert SYSMAC C Series global variable I/O comments to MELSEC-Q Series common device comments. [Maximum convertible characters: 32 characters] ●Conversion Manual: For each SYSMAC C Series sequence instruction, you can check the corresponding MELSEC-Q Series sequence instruction, conversion points, precautions, and sample programs. ● Copy Sample Program: Copy the MELSEC-Q Series sample program listed in the conversion manual onto the GX Developer circuit editing screen. ● Sequence Instructions: Automatically convert SYSMAC C Series sequence instructions to the corresponding MELSEC-Q Series instructions. If there are no corresponding MELSEC-Q Series instructions, they will be automatically converted based on the processing method specified in the "Error Handling Settings" conversion parameter. ● Program Comments, Section Comments, and Line Comments: Convert into MELSEC-Q Series peripheral statements. Program comments are inserted at the beginning of the program. Section comments are inserted before the first circuit of each section. A maximum of 64 characters per line can be converted. If the number exceeds this limit, the program will be split into multiple lines. ● Create Project File: Save the converted program as a GX Developer project file. ● Help Link: Double-click an error or warning displayed in the conversion status to launch online help and view a detailed explanation of the error or warning in the conversion manual. ● Relay to Device Conversion Tool: Enter a SYSMAC relay number to display the corresponding MELSEC-Q Series device number. This function is useful when manually correcting programs. ● Local Variables: Converts SYSMAC C Series local variables to MELSEC-Q Series program-specific device comment device names. [Maximum 8 characters allowed] ● Local Variable I/O Comments: Converts SYSMAC C Series local variable I/O comments to MELSEC-Q Series program-specific device comments. [Maximum 32 characters allowed] ● Alternative Relay Settings: Specifies a substitute device for automatic conversion if the MELSEC-Q Series does not have a relay with the same function. ● Create Conversion Status File: Saves conversion status information (errors, warnings, program step count, device range used, and post-conversion notes) to a log-format file. You can also read saved files to reconfirm conversion errors and warnings. ● Save/Read Conversion Parameter Settings: You can save input/output assignment settings, error handling settings, and alternative relay settings. Furthermore, if you need to perform a conversion using the same parameter settings, you can read saved parameter settings and convert them. ●Source PLC: Automatically identifies the SYSMAC C1000H/C2000H/C200H/CJ1/CS1 Series CPU from the project file saved with CX-Programmer. ●Destination PLC: Freely select the CPU that best suits your system from the MELSEC-Q Series (Q mode) Q00J/Q00/Q01/Q02CPU/Q02H/Q06H/Q12H/Q25H/Q12PH/Q25PH CPUs. ●Connected Devices: PLCs ●Connected Device Series: MELSEC iQ-R, MELSEC-Q, SYSMAC C ●Operation Manual: Explains how to convert SYSMAC C Series sequence programs to MELSEC-Q Series sequence programs and how to operate the program converter. ●Special I/O Unit Settings: If a special I/O unit is used with the SYSMAC C Series, you can distinguish it from the I/O unit.
