The DIY module allows you to easily create your own customized indicator light by freely combining the number of rows and colors. We also support build-to-order (BTO) orders, where the product is delivered fully assembled to your specifications. Custom-built modules allow you to add functionality to an already assembled product, allowing you to flexibly adapt to your site environment. Assembly is easy—just align each unit, insert, and twist—no tools are required. Fixing screws are included between the main power supply body and the mounting part, eliminating the need for worry about wobbling. The buzzer unit uses a relatively high-pitched sound and can be adjusted from a minimum of 70dB to a maximum of 85dB using the external volume control dial. Four built-in buzzer sounds can be selected using the dip switch. The indicator light and buzzer can be controlled independently, expanding the range of applications. Adding an audio unit allows you to add a message to the alarm, providing clearer communication. The audio unit has a maximum volume of 86dB. (Volume can be adjusted from a minimum of 0dB to a maximum of 86dB using the volume adjustment screw.) The Playlist Builder editing software allows for easy input and editing of voice messages using a computer on-site. Choose from four mounting types to suit your needs. NPN/PNP open collector connection is supported as standard. (The 100-240V AC model supports only NPN open collector connection.) Protection rating: IP54 to IP64 (when mounted facing forward), varies depending on the mounting method and specifications. For details, see the specifications table. The pulse-compatible unit can control colors (4 patterns, 4 colors) and sounds (16 tones) with pulses.
