HOZAN (HOZAN TOOL INDUSTRIAL) ESD protection coating

This allows insulators to be brought into static electricity control areas. This coating agent forms a static electricity dissipative coating on the surface of resin materials. Once coated, the object can be treated as an anti-static product. By ensuring a grounding path, it can be used in an anti-static area (EPA). The coating is not affected by humidity and maintains a stable effect for one year*. (*Based on manufacturer testing) The coating has anti-bacterial properties* and maintains a hygienic condition for approximately one year. (*Antibacterial properties tested (JIS Z 2801) by the Kaken Test Center, a general incorporated foundation)
*This product cannot be used on materials to which the paint film does not adhere. If applied to a smooth, glossy surface (a shiny surface), the color of the paint film may become uneven. If applied to a surface with fine scratches or unevenness (a rough surface), the color of the paint film will become uniform.
