Viscosity Standard
Omega 612 has a high viscosity stability standard. Under changing temperatures and varying conditions, this lubricant remains stable and its composition remains unchanged.
Anti-Wear
Omega 612 offers many advantages over the "oil can" lubricants used in workshops. One of its features is its resistance to wear. This lubricant contains wear-preventing agents that form an alloy coating on the friction surfaces, preventing direct contact.
Prevent Foaming
Conventional lubricants tend to foam, which allows oxygen to enter the equipment. Oxygen causes corrosive oxidation, which damages the equipment and ultimately leads to costly breakdowns!
Anti-Macnetic
Omega 612 is antimagnetic, meaning it won't attract metallic dust and magnetic particles. Omega 612 forms a smooth film that prevents contamination and dust from entering the lubricant, thus protecting the friction surfaces.
