Description
Cooling
Cold air is formed by compressing a suitable refrigerant (such as Freon, Propane, Carrene Ammonia) into a closed container that is then sealed. The compressed liquid is then released through an expansion valve, where it evaporates and removes heat, thus lowering the temperature. The faster the evaporation, the faster the temperature drops.

Cooling Lubricant
The primary function of cooling lubricants is to protect, lubricate, and prevent the formation of deposits in and around the expansion valve. Lubrication can be provided by forced feed or splash. This ensures the rotor, piston, and all bearings are continuously lubricated. Omega 611 adheres to the surfaces and can "pick up" contaminants and "foreign" substances, removing them without causing deposits.

Omega 611 is a refrigerator lubricant with ultra-low temperature stability, designed for safe and reliable long-term performance in all types of refrigerators – light, medium and heavy-duty. Its creation required painstaking research and development, using state-of-the-art equipment. Omega 611 contains iron silicon in dual states, isotropic and anisotropic. Due to this reverse-cycle system, Omega 611 remains attached to surfaces and can “carry” contaminants and “foreign” substances, removing them without causing deposits.

Permeability
Lubricants commonly used for cooling or refrigeration are often waxy and harden easily. These lubricants have low permeability, resulting in oxide formation, which then leads to crusting on the surface, which then stimulates corrosion and ultimately leads to engine jamming. Omega 611 is a highly balanced polycrystalline that magnetically wicks onto surfaces and forms a strong, even protective film.

Steam Formation
The relative humidity or vapor surface area is the ratio of the actual vapor pressure to the saturated vapor pressure at a given temperature. The formation of vapor, or condensation, in low-temperature equipment is normal, but the amount varies with seasonal fluctuations, with higher temperatures and lower temperatures. Vapor is a precursor to corrosion and rust. Omega 611 is capable of capillary action to protect components and prevent condensation and vapor from entering the equipment.

Emulsion Power
Omega 611 is soluble in all refrigerants. However, unlike conventional lubricants, Omega 611 does not wax or harden at very low or high temperatures. Its low-temperature characteristics ensure stability even over temperature fluctuations.

Wear Prevention
Omega 611 is made from the finest oil raw materials and is equipped with exclusive Omega supplements to withstand wear and various compression conditions.

Preventing ICE Formation
Ice formation inside the engine is dangerous and certainly undesirable. Omega 611 prevents this and keeps it in a liquid state.

Preventing Carbon Formation
Omega 611 prevents carbon buildup. Carbon deposits damage engines and can form hard deposits that waste energy.
Use
Omega 611 can be used, and is currently used, in all types of refrigerators, including 'non-diluting' types [those that use ammonia].
