Description
Omega 64 is a scientifically developed, highly adhesive, heavy-duty, and durable lubricant. It is used for maximum lubrication protection on track rollers and various pin and bushing systems.
Made To Resist Contamination
Track roller systems are widely used in areas where dust, dirt, sand, and similar harsh conditions are present. Conventional grease forms an abrasive mixture that causes premature wear. However, Omega 64 has a self-healing quality that, after application, forms an outer layer, repelling dust, dirt, sand, and other contaminants.
Oxidation Resistant
Omega 64 has special oxide-blocking properties that prevent oxidation. Conventional greases used in track roller systems easily "wash out," exposing critical metal surfaces to oxidation. Oxidation is the precursor to corrosion and, consequently, downtime.
Specifically Made For Various 'Track Roller' Systems
Omega 64 elastic provides the stretchability necessary for lubrication in the track roller system. This lubricant contains lubrimyostic elastic, a type of elastic expander, that can form millions of long, filmy strands. This fine film performs the crucial task of lubricating curved loads during the motion of the track rollers.
Extreme Pressure
Omega 64 is equipped with EP supplements that can withstand;
-Shock Compression Pressure Load
-Collision
-Style
-Velocity
-Squeeze Out
Hold 'Squeeze-Out'
After application, Omega 64 stays in place. Typical greases form an outer deposit that absorbs contaminants, which eventually break off and damage the system. Omega 64 maintains the NLGI 00 structure/network, preventing it from being "blown out." Instead, Omega 64 forms a lubricating layer between the rubbing surfaces.
Temperature Resistant
Omega 64 maintains its structure/network at both low and high temperatures. At high temperatures, ordinary grease thins, liquefies, and drips off the surfaces it's supposed to lubricate. At low temperatures, most greases harden and solidify, making lubrication difficult. The solidification process significantly impedes movement, wasting energy.
