The normal welding temperature of PP-R pipeline during welding is within the range of 260~290 °C. During this temperature range, the welding quality will be better guaranteed. If the product can easily enter the welding die during welding under normal welding parameters, and the welding accumulation is close to liquid, it indicates that the product is not produced from authentic PP-R raw materials. At the same time, if the welding and accumulation of nodules can be quickly cooled and hardened (usually within 10 seconds), it can also indicate that the product is not produced from authentic PP-R raw materials. This is because one of the characteristics of PP-R is its good insulation effect, and its cooling rate will naturally be slower.
Check whether the inner diameter of the pipe is deformed and whether the pipe fittings are brushed. Good PP-R pipes cannot be brushed and the inner diameter is not easily deformed.
