NU-G Series industrial large fan is a new type of HVLS energy-saving super large industrial fan independently
developed by Nuvol Fans based on the principle of aerodynamics. It has It pushes 1~3 levels similar to natural wind
effect at low speed large air volume and all-round air circulation. It can eliminate high temperature stuffy, balance
air humidity, increase oxygen content in the space, smoke and dust removal, low bacterial concentration, effectively

Protection Measures
Ensure industrial large fans run safely, easily copes
with various harsh operating environments
1. Anti-falling safety ring: 5 petioles are integrated with the upper cover of the motor to prevent the overall falling of the hub.
2. Wire rope winding protection: The mounting bracket and house beam are wound with a 1,000 kg tension strength steel wire rope to ensure that the overall structure of the fan is not loosen or falling.
3. Anti-drop self-locking device:
Motor output shaft tensioning device (Patented tapered bushing design) forms structural self-locking to ensure that the wheel hub and the motor shaft are not loosened.
4. Integrated hub: The patented integrated hub is embedded with 5 special-shaped fasteners, and it can withstand more than 11 tons of tensile strength tested by goverment.
5. Real-time monitoring and initiative maintenance: Nuvolt Fans' smart remote control system monitors equipment operating parameters, motor temperature and fan horizontal level.
6. Streamlined variable cross-section designed: Adopting the theory of equal chord length in aerodynamics, combined with the principle of relative linear velocity, the blade gets narrower and thinner gradually from the blade root to blade tip, the force on the blades is more balanced, making blade move air more uniformly without any holes underneath the fan.
7. Abnormal alarm system:
The VFD system comes with accident protection for over-pressure, overload, and absence etc. It alarms automaticly when encountering abnormalities, and then stops running.

Fan blades:
Streamlined variable cross-section aviation blades
1. 5052H32 aviation-grade aluminum blades with thickness 1.5 mm, which can withstand more than 3 tons of
tension, the blades will not get break down when being impacted.
2. Streamlined fan blade with variable cross-section, it gets narrower and thinner gradually from the blade root to
blade tip, the force on the blades is more balanced with smaller wind resistance, making blade move air more
uniformly without any holes underneath the fan.
3. More lighter & more safer: it's only 6.7 kgs per blade for 7.3 m fan blade, the lighter the safer.
Hub chassis
1. Nice mechanical property: made of 6061T6 aviation-grade aluminum plate, after CNC precision machining,
perfect appearance & metal streamline to ensure nice mechanical performance.
2. Precise dynamic balance: after CNC machining, the max. tolerance is only 100 μm, which can ensure nice dynamic balance performance.
Mortise and tenon connection:
Full mortise and tenon connection structure,
ensuring the safety of the whole fan
1. Motor and hub chassis: through the tight connection between the inner tapered bushing and outer tapered bushing,
even if the motor shaft is broken, the inner and outer bushings form a structural self-locking to prevent falling.
2. Chassis and petiole: The petiole and the chassis are connected by hook-type mortise and tenon joints, and the
bolts are not stressed to ensure the whole structure strength.
3. The petioles are coated with polyurethane rubber, which match the buffer cavity of blade perfectly. It can absorb
the blade stress & airflow vibration efficiently, and this helps to reduce the motor load and prolong the motor life.
