A signal processing board that receives the output signal (PWM) of the dust sensor, processes it into an operational state, and converts it.
Dust detection uses a photo detector to detect scattered light by shining light on dust floating in the air.
The measurement result of the averaging time is displayed on a 2-digit LED every second as a percentage of the amount of dust. If it is 10% or less, the number after the decimal point can also be displayed.
Equipped with 3 sets of general-purpose alarm terminals, it can be used for LED display and relay drive (driver circuit required). The serial output also allows the signal to be transmitted to the host system.
- It is possible to detect particles floating in the air of 1 μm or more, but it is not possible to specify the size of the particles.
- Be sure to use the AC adapter attached to the product. Never use a transformer-type destabilized type. Most smartphone chargers with 5V output (USB connector output type) can be used in terms of capacity and rating, but a cord with a terminal shape of 2.1Φ plug and center + is required. Please purchase a commercially available conversion cable.
