Schmidt couplings are off-center joints that utilize the crank motion of the links.
Parallel movement of the axis is possible.
Even when rotation is stopped or under load operation, it can be moved freely within the displacement range of the driving and driven shafts.
Absorbs sliding movement
Absorbs radial sliding movement on the driving and driven sides.
Space saving
It can be shorter in the axial direction than the conventional universal joint + spline shaft combination, and a large amount of eccentricity can be obtained.

There are almost no fluctuations in angular velocity, transmission torque, or backlash.
