KENTA Vacuum Chuck

It needs no vacuum pump.It only requires regular air compressor.It can quickly and strongly adsorb any material of sheets shch as aluminum sheet, copper sheet,stainless steel sheet,rubber sheet,glass plate,paperboard and so on.Iron plate and steel plate also have good adsorption effects!
It exhausts automatically to cut oil,dust etc.it does not affect normal use.
According to work-piece dimension,it can freely adjust adsorption size with prompt & convenient operation,powerful practical properties.

Technical suggestions:regarding machining product size,milling / machining work-piece shall≥100mmx100mm.as for grinding / machining work-piece,it shall≥50mmx50mm.(non-standard custom-made can fulfill smaller absorption size.)Gas supply source can not have water or liquid mixture.it irregularly
cleans the product.(Cleaning frequency is decided by actual use conditions.)
Cleaning mode:dump cleaning kerosene or cutting oil to sucker table key-slot,start switch,suck kerosene or cutting liquid to sucker body through table suction hole for several times,exhaust kerosene or cutting liquid from sucker after use!(If air temperature is low,please use warm water for above
operation!)
