KENTA Carbide Tipped Brazed Tool Bits

Turning tools are used for metal cutting components.
Used on engine lathes, chuckers, vertical lathes and other lathes.
Tungsten carbide tips are brazed on them and the cutting edges are ground on the tips.
Material P30: Suitable for heavy duty turning and boring on all classes of steels, and for interrupted cutting
and maching at low speed and high speed.
Material K20: General purpose tools for most application.ideal for machining cast iron, non-ferrous
metals,combined wear resistance with toughness when rough turning at moderate cutting speeds. suitable
for high speed rates.
Mainly used as turning tools suitable for high speed rates.

1. The above tools are supplied in ISO grade P30 and K20.
