*There is a risk of ignition when processing titanium alloy with a ceramic end mill. Please do not attempt to process it as it is extremely dangerous.
*If the cutting speed is low, the amount of heat generated is low and the work material is less likely to drop, which may cause abnormal wear or breakage.
*Please perform machining at the recommended cutting speed of 350 to 1000 m/min.
*Air blow recommended: Please do not use coolant during processing as it may cause thermal cracks. In the case of air blowing, please use it for chip removal, not for cooling the machining point directly.
*Due to interrupted cutting, breakage and chipping are likely to occur, resulting in unstable tool life. Please perform continuous cutting.
* Even in continuous cutting, if the maximum depth of cut is used from the beginning, it may cause abnormal damage such as breakage or chipping, and the service life will be unstable.
*Please set the radial depth of cut to increase in stages.
*When cutting, please cut down and do not cut up. Up-cutting makes machining very unstable.
