Uses unequal division / unequal reed groove and right blade left twist (PAT.in Japan).
The left twist groove reduces the effective diameter difference between the mouth and the back side, and slows down the gauge out.
Since processing starts from the shank side (mouth), processing with less tilt is possible (downcut recommended). There is no need for a zero cut to correct the fall.
By preventing it from tipping over, it is possible to perform 1-pass machining instead of the conventional 2-pass machining, shortening the machining time and extending the service life.
The base material uses ultrafine cemented carbide that has both high wear resistance and toughness, and EgiAs coating to achieve high durability.
