Reduces cutting resistance, suppresses vibration, improves chip evacuation and reduces tool damage even during deep engraving. Good cutting performance even for high-performance materials (high toughness materials) with poor machinability!
Improved heat resistance and wear resistance (ATH coating): By adopting ATH coating, heat resistance and wear resistance are further improved compared to conventional coatings. Achieves long-life machining in a highly efficient environment.
Correspondence to high precision machining (improved R accuracy): Improved R accuracy compared to the conventional 3-flute. (R accuracy ± 0.005 mm for small diameter side less than Φ4)
Supports high-efficiency side cutting (strongly twisted outer peripheral blade): Smoothly connects the joint between the ball blade and the strongly twisted outer peripheral blade. Highly efficient side cutting using the outer peripheral blade is possible, and it corresponds to the new machining method.
